This udon noodle can be eaten cold or served with soup. Best eaten with tempura, meat, vegetables, seafood, tofu and fishcake. Serving immediately after cooking is the key to deliciousness. Also, tightening the washed udon with ice water will make it stronger.

Boil about 10-12 mins.
