SUNTORY Plum Liqueur Casked Umeshu
(Fully Ripened Plum Blend)

A special blend of umeshu made with　fully ripened plums and stored in casks.

This plum liqueur is made by soaking fully ripened plums to bring out their full flavor and is stored in casks used for aging whisky at the Yamazaki Distillery, the birthplace of Japanese whisky. Our blending technique gives this plum liqueur a fragrant aroma and a smooth and refreshing flavor. We suggest that you mix it using one part umeshu and two parts soda.

完熟梅を漬けた梅酒をウイスキーの熟成に使用した古樽で山崎蒸溜所にて熟成させ、ブレンドし仕上げました。心地よいコクと華やかな香り・味わいが特長です。また、ソーダで割って美味しくお飲みいただけるよう、さまざまな原料酒をブレンドしてアルコール度数を高めに調整しました。
